Yea, i know im replying to a year old posting. But im doing what i was told on day one. Read, Read, Read.--LOL! And like olddude (which i am, i think i qualify anyway at 66) i also plan to join the Scrap Room as soon as i can. With what i have learned in the past week i can see my next trip to the yard will bring me much more than normal for me. I can not think of a better way to say 'THANKS!' To all of u for the knowledge your passing on to me. Not to mention all the fun and laughs i get out of this site.

Namvet...your gonna fit in just fine my good sir.

Anyone who drinks JD Black Label is ok in my book. Even if you dig up ol'threads!

Sirscrapalot - Hides his JD better then he does his copper, and other goodies.

I still only have one green bar above my name. I can't figure out how to get another. Do I need to send someone a bottle of homebrew?

That is an indication of your reputation, or how many thanks you have received.

You can still send that bottle tho...

I'll gladly accept it on behalf of the forums...

Sirscrapalot - I want a nifty title above my rep. like others have! Keeper of the traveling cooler, and or quotemaster will be just fine.

Jillyenator, I will let you in on a secret. Between me and you: the green indicator bar represents how quickly you can tap the space bar. You must do this in succession for 1 minute straight. Start tapping as fast as you can for one minute, the breakdown is as follows: you earn a green bar for every 30 taps per minute you can execute within a minute's time. Good luck! We have some real fast tappers on here don't be intimidated.

To perform this, you must; hit the enter key-this starts the clock, which will show in the upper right hand corner of your screen. A digital clock will count down from sixty and at the end a buzzer will go off and you must scroll down to see your tpm ( taps per minute) at the bottom left corner. If you don't perform you are automatically delegated to a 1 green bar status and everybody will know you aren't practicing. Good luck.

    Practice, practice, practice.
