small boards inside cell phone chargers

Just to let everyone know I have really enjoyed reading all the posts on here. They have helped over the past month or so. I just got into e scrap in the past few months. I have been a scrapper of ferrous and non ferrous metals for years and thought I knew it all. E scrap is a new game for me. One question I have is inside cell phone charges and similar plugs there is a small board. I usually cut the cord off put it in my heavy # 2 and take the electric motor off the board and sometimes even break off the brass ends that plug in the wall. Then there is the abs. But I wonder about the board. Would it be low grade. And would buyers want a bunch of them due to the size. Thanks in advance

Jst to add also the external internet modems I get(which is the bulk of my pcb) also have those small lower grade boards in the box that plugs into the wall.
