    The cards themselves can weigh from a half pound to 3/4 of a pound for those large ones so you can do a quick count and calculate from there. They are easy to remove and you can usually sell them as is unless there are some heavier transformers that you need to pull off. Brackets I've left on mine were ok. The backplanes are the ones that are work to get out and end up almost not worth the effort, but I hate to leave them in the rack.
    I would say .15 per pound is a fair price..........So if said item weighs 100lbs =$15.........200lbs =$30 ETC....ETC...........
