If it was me, and it was close enough to look at, I would see how many of the boards look like the last photo. From what I can tell it's Nortel equipment and the 31 Nortel cards I had weighed over 40 pounds and I got $180 for them. 1 board was low grade and the rest paid $4.20 to $5 a pound.
