Good Afternoon Scrappers,
I found these 4 wire telecom ends on an old phone system. Does anyone know the name of them? I tried a google image search and ebay with no results. Are they still used today in special applications?

No one can identify these?
Is there a plug on the clip?
Edit: that is most likely a 4/8 wire slitter, splicer or junction by the way it's designed ... heck if I can identify which one.

Yes, RJ11 plug. It sort of looks like a "reusable" RJ11... since I can remove the wires and reuse the plug... but never seen one like that before.
punch down 4P4C connector RJ9 RJ10 or RJ22
