    Different types of LCD's

I've been reading all different types of threads and seen many people discuss lcd screens other than for laptops. I have quite a few different lcd's from other devices such as printers and cellphone and then larger ones with digitizer touchscreens similar to those from a tablet. Is there anyone who purchases these or does anything with them?

I do not know of a buyer that will buy screens other than monitor or laptop. You might be able to sell one here or there, but no bulk purchasers I know of. Hope that helps.

Check ebay for sold. Then figure out if its worth your time to learn how to test them. Mike

There are a number of buyers for phone and tablet LCD's but since none of them are forum people, I will refrain from linking.

Search, with your preferred engine, for "LCD recycling." There seems to be some good money in it but the best payouts are on nearly pristine pieces.

I'd be happy if I could find someone to take all the little screens I get from handsets and VCR's.

I will buy common cell phone LCDs/Digitizers, I dont advertise because I have a good source already...there are LED backlit lcd screens from printers and stuff that people repurpose for their arduino projects and things like that, I dont buy them but you can find an outlet if you keep looking.
