I updated my homemade forklift with a better frame and made it all electric.
The gas motor was removed and a 36v 2hp electric motor was installed.

I am replacing the single motor and transmission with a high powered wheel chair motors and wheels.
The wheels chair motors were from a wheelchair rated for 700lbs.
I will have a much better control of the forklift from a very slow crawl up to five miles per hours.

Anyone built a forklift for the front of an ATV?
