This is a thread I started and it has photos. You can not put up photos until you have 5+ postings and there is a thread on how to do it. So when you get to that point you may want to add photos.
So does your striper look like the one I have? If so then getting the setting correct is needed for each type of wire. I also purchased a set of "T" handle allen wrenches to make the adjustments with. The "T" handle gave me the reach and I could really torque them down tight. I will likely replace the set screws with harder ones made in the U.S. to replace the Chinese ones that came with my machine. I also found that striping solid core wire was more of smash it enough that it would split the insulation. This was mostly true on the smaller gauge wire.
