Craftsman Bolt on VS Black & Decker Matrix

Well, my old Black & Decker drill is dying a slow death. So, I have begun to search out a replacement. I had my eye on the Craftsman Bolt On and was ready to pull the trigger until I spotted the Black & Decker Matrix. They seem to be the same machine with a couple notes. The B&D is less expensive and seems to offer a 2 yr warranty while the Craftsman is a bit more with half the warranty. Now, I am stuck. I have even begun looking into other units. Ahh, such is shopping. Has anyone used either of the above mentioned units? Any other advice is always welcome. Would like to be around $100.00 +/- a bit.

    THANKS ALL.

I don't have any experience with either of those drills, however I do have several different types. I find myself using this one the most:

Makita 12-Volt Max Lithium-Ion Cordless 3/8 in. Driver-Drill Kit-FD02W at The Home Depot

It's really lightweight, comes with an extra battery and charges faster than I can run out the new battery. This is mostly for electronics though. There is an LED that shines forward while you are using it too. Comes in really handy.
