    Looking for air manifold

Can anyone steer me in the right direction. I need a 4" round manifold with 6 outlets and 1 inlet in the top ,by round i mean shaped like a plate not a ball.I am working on a project ,and i need to blow high pressure through this manifold inside a 6 " cylinder. Any thoughts.
