    getting smarter

I'm seventeen so when I get money scrapping I usually blow it. But over the weekend me and my cousin made 140 dollars. On one load of lots of old chicken wire. He blew his 70 I invested 30 of mine and bought a come-along. I get stuff out of creeks so its very useful.

if that old chicken wire wasn't rusted plum out you might have done well to rolled it up and sell it. The new stuff is cr@p!

Tools are always good to have yep. For the new come-along, I'll be looking forward to your " one that got away" stories haha

Now you're thinking right. If you can just get your cousin on board. It might help when next time you scrap together, he has to load something heavy by hand while you just winch it on the trailer.

Get cous to either put a little skin in the game of bust his share down a bit so that his loss covers half of whatever tools you need/want to buy

I need to get some better tools for taking apart PSUs. Fingers get numb using small wire cutters and pliers.

Not to mention I could probably get more processed in an hour.

its ok to spend some of your money. but i would save half of your money! never know when something on your truck or trailer breaks. that way you will have some money to buy parts or get it fixed.

I usually bank 70% and 30% I set aside for buying new tools / things to make life easier in the scrapping world.

Fortunately I have a large supply of testing equipment. Although, a RAM tester would be nice. They're incredibly expensive.

Now is the time to get a little smartter and invest a little of the money you make in silver. It's cheap right now and when it go's up you can sell it for a profet. Your yougn and can hold it for many years if need be.
