    New Shred trailer!!!!!!!!!!!!!

This trailer is sweeeeeet!!! It even came with 4 tires with air in them, 3 of them stayed on the rim all the way home. All it needs is new walls, tires, bearings, lights and a floor and its ready to roll. Whooooooo epic score!!!!!

FYI awesome trailer. Just know if your going to redo it and cut off the roof you will need to beef up the frame. Those horse / stock trailer use the roof for structural support.

    New Shred trailer!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I paid 200 for it, that's steep but trailers out here are extremely over priced and I needed at least the axels. I have looked at two car trailers recently that I could buy new for less than what they wanted. The guy who I bought it from runs a tow company and has alot of salvage and scrap and around 60 50-70s Chevys. It was kind of a talk about everything and feel each other out. So I'm happy with it, especially if it leads to something regular.

    New Shred trailer!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Part time I thought the thing was going to collapse when I was towing it. I'm not sure what exactly I'm going to do yet but it will involve a good amount of square tubing.

Just an idea, but if you have access to trailer house frames, there are different styles but many of them are between 7 inches and 11 inches x 2 to 3 inches wide. I've stockpiled a few of them and intend to lay them flat to make trailer floors. They wouldn't make a solid floor so if you can tolerate spaces, they would be cheap and durable. I'm going to be taking a near new floor out of a 24 ft stock trailer and use it either in my trailer that needs new boards or use them for a deck extension on our house. I used some last year and they're treated and better than pine by far. I did make a trailer last year and used 1 inch lumber but not happy with it. I used it on the floor and sides and it was feather light. Here's the pic.

    New Shred trailer!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I'm too classy to turn a horse trailer in to an outdoor bar hahaha jk It would be perfect next to the stock tank hot tub I'm making!!!!

My pic is on a farm in NE South Dakota, It was spring last year. Spring is the season that seperates winter and road construction. I was supposed to be picking rocks.

yunkman that's an awesome idea. I'm always salvaging lumber, I never even thought about that.

Only in South Dakota does one "pick rocks". Ha!

I need a gig like that. Either way nice view.

Good luck with the trailer whatever you end up doing with it. (Still like the beer wagon idea tho!)
