No problem, Dee. It was just a general statement. Some comments were against the person posting, which was not necessarily the view of the company, itself (the person posting might be anybody - a salesman or perhaps not an employee at all). I simply wanted others to make that distinction. That's one of the problems with the Internet - A company (and people) is really unable to defend itself against unwarranted attacks. If they try, the attacks just get more vicious and prolonged, doing even more damage. The best thing a person/company can do in a situation like that is a "mea culpa" and make a change. But in a situation like this, the company management may be completely unaware of what's going on.
So, no, I wasn't aiming my comment at anybody.
