In todays reality you no longer have to have he best service ot the best product, or work the hardest. you only have to have enough money to buy the polititians and simply regulate your compititian out of business. It is not the politicians who come up with these cockamamy laws and regulatios, it is the lobbiest who finance their elections. just my .02
