    New toy!

I bought this little beast a couple days ago. It's a Big Joe "in between handler" electric forklift, manually propelled. Rated at 2,000 lbs. I paid $100 for it just needed a battery (car battery) works like a champ. The load rating is pretty modest, picks up front of 3/4 Ton v8 4wd truck no problem. Been using the crap out of it around the shop!
Sucks ya have to push it but it's handy as all get out and the price was right!! Made some longer forks for it to slide over the factory ones. No that's not my shop in pics.

Another one just sold on craigslist same time I got this one for $300 with new battery. They are anywhere $700-1500 on eBay. Come in 1,000-2,500 lb models with all different fork configurations.

Yea been using the crap outta this thing at the shop, when you get something like this you find more uses for it than you imagined before purchase. And it works great lifts a lot if your smart with it, the shop floor isn't really extremely smooth and perfectly flat still pretty easy to move stuff around. Definitely saves a lot of back ache!!!

I'd be lifting appliances to waist height to make it easier to work on.
