Here in Florida CTRs don't last long on the curb. Scrapped out or not. The manufactures of meth use the phosphorous to make crystal meth.
I can sit a scrapped cathode ray tube on the curb without a case and no other scrap value and some skeleton of a person looking 100 years old on a bike will ride off with it within an hours time. I guess they get a discount for it.
