I scrap tvs and computer monitors all this time. I work with someone who legally takes the old glass tubes. If you have ever searced YOUTUBE, look for MIKETHESCRAPPER. He resides in New Jersey. He wraps the yoke in a towel and smashes the yoke and removes the copper. Good idea! He is very knowledgeable! Scrapnscrap.
