I called them and they told me the max they would give me is $700 for my car and they would tow it to a local insurance auction and auction it off I guess to repair places. So based off my curb weight of 2800 pounds and my yards price of 11.50 per 100 pounds if I scrapped it I would get $322 for scrap. If I pulled off the alloy wheels and radiator and all that I 'm guessing ~$500. I have zero experience scrapping cars though so is my estimate at least close?



I'll probably throw it on CL for 800-900 and see if I get a bite at least I have a $700 offer to fall back on.
