Keep it! More than scrap value there.
I had a 77 BMW e21 320I. 4 speed manual with mechanical fuel injection.
That little car was awesome! Too bad it rusted out

beemer cats are high, but being a 77 there is a good chance they are burned out gone or aftermarket.
