    Multimeter will work too but a test light is easier to see from a distance.
    for your electrical problem: take the neg battery cable off hook your test leads to the neg cable and neg post, if you have a draw you will get a reading. (light comes on with test light)
    start pulling fuses until the draw goes away, you should always have some minute draw due to radio and computer memory. you are looking for a large voltage drop. if that doesn't help you find the problem then check the starter and the alternator.
