How to deal with "Runnables" and I'm not mechanically inclined to fix?

Funny you talk about this Sledge, happens to me with a lot of vehicles I get. Breaks your heart to scrap them, with a little money they can be roadworthy.
Ppl buy vehicles now with NO INTEREST and monthly payments, so its easy to get rid of their old car and buy new, in some instances. Or ppl have nor the time or finance to fix the problem at hand. I've got 3 of these types of vehicles now but they are hard sells around here. So patience is required, think of them as money in the bank. Keep advertising them and they will pay off one way or another. Or try parting out. A few weeks ago I had a Toyota Previa advertised for parts, ppl. came from far and wide for parts for this sucker. That 4x4 Blazer has some good parts also.

We must also remember we are not car dealers but we cannot help seeing the money-making potential of some vehicles.
It can become tricky seeing you are not transferring the title or paying sales tax. Like if I buy a car and the owner signs the title, I need a receipt from the seller to transfer.
And I am not the owner so it becomes tricky to resell to someone.



Sometimes you can trade a part or parts for another scrap vehicle, many ways to skin a cat.
