We Hear: Ford to Collaborate with Alcoa on 2015 F-150 Display at Detroit - Wide Open Throttle



I couldn't find the original article of the reason Alcoa is pairing with Ford. Alcoa had expanded its quantities of aluminum for 2014 orders from China. Instead, China had an immense amount of aluminum exports for 2013 and Alcoa was scrambling to find a buyer for its large stockpile of aluminum. The problem is resolved with Ford building it's F150's with aluminum.
