Tire Rubber Stuck On Aluminum Rim

I was given a rim from a car that was in an accident and it still has some rubber attached to it. It looks like the tire was cut down the middle to remove so there is a loose ring of rubber and one that is stuck or fused to the rim. Any easy ways to get it off? Any input is welcome.
