I know nothing of these(yet). Can you please explain why diesel cats are crap please? Just for knowledges sake

Determine never to be idle. No person will have occasion to complain of the want of time who never loses any. It is wonderful how much may be done if we are always doing.

Different material inside them >> So they pay less

You of course already picked the "most despised" >> anything empty or aftermarket.

As far as hardest to get off
    The back Cat's on the Taurus/Sable V6's
Either jammed between the fire wall or has that extra bracing at the bend

The other one is Chrysler products like the Caravans
Back is easy to cut BUT trying to get to the front cut can be a pain in the rear

I can't bear to have a car go across the scale with a Cat on it so I will use a $2.50 blade and my time to cut off the $3.00 to $5.00 Aftermarket

as for the caravans, they are not bad at all to cut off, start with cutting the back, then simply bash out the bottom part of the center consol and cut the carpet away on the passenger side of the floor, drill a hole in it and then cut a big hole, then it's an easy cut to get the thing off... once you do 2 or 3 of them it can be done rather quickly
