HELP me identify this Cat!!!!

I was driving to my mother in-law's house yesterday and I found an exhaust system laying on the side of the road. It appears as they drove for a while dragging it under the vehicle as it is all scraped up. The weird this is that there is pipe and then the resonator then the catalytic converter. It is so badly scraped up that I can't make out all of the label so this is where I ask for help.

I was told that it is a Ford Boomerang, and it is a 3F. I only have a partial code and am missing 3 numbers from the code. Anyone know what they go for?

I got it from jim the car guy. It was mixed in the load he gave me. I never asked what it was from

I was told it was a boomerang by apa and offered $26 for a full and 13 for a half. I can post the code pix, I have tried to clean it up and use picture editor but still can't get it all. [IMG]
