In my experience, you secure the front of the car onto the car dolly by putting straps over each of the front tires/rims. If you don't have that, I am not sure how you will safely secure the car to the tow dolly. I guess you could figure how to secure it somehow but it would be difficult to go around bends in the road and not the safest.
