The pumper bed would be valuable to those dealing with wildfires in the West, esp. California. I have a place in the mountains and many of the neighbors got together and bought a pump truck in case of fire. The pumper was a great "community project" as we modified it for out needs. It has been used twice and both times more than paid for itself. It also reduced our home owners insurance and provided a strong sense of security. Such a set up would also be valuable for mixing crop chemicals, watering shelter belts, etc. If you are inclined not to use it yourself, sell it with the understanding the buyer is responsible for dismantling and removal.

Give back more to this world than we take.

I'm thinking with the current situations in the West it might be fairly valuable to the right person! Of course I'd like to see it re-used. I'm just thinking the bed itself may be custom and thus might not necessarily fit anything else besides another M297 or M928, of which there were all of like 500 ever built.

That's why I solicit for advice...things I never thought of like advertise out west! And I'm even FROM California...
