there is a market for it, especially for the rubber "crumb" thats produced by shredding tires.... big market for that!!! High rent stuff!!! The stuff you have, as high of ratio of steel as it is, I would do as Skyline said and use as stuffer material. The stuff the yards take around here has more than 20% non steel!! LOL
