    Converter question

    I have a catylitic convert a dual one don't know what it's off of I did a neibor hood clean up and go tossed in my trailer. But I found out that in Kansas city mo they won't buy them unless you have a savage or dealers license. I was gonna post it on CL but don't know how much to sell it for.
