I'm not sure how that buyer works. I had a pair of old Ford rims last summer. Websites were listing them at $150 each. I listed them on CL, both together for $100 for several months, never got so much as a nibble on it tho. By the time I'd contacted wheelbuyer I was already on the verge of scrapping them. He asked my location, and checked to see if he had a buyer in the area, but there wasn't one. If my memory serves me right, I think he offered $23 each, and from that I might have had to pay shipping, I really can't remember( he possibly offered a shipping label). I was going to do a job, and needed gas money, so they wound up scrap(for about half what he'd offered). Then later on, I realized they would have fit my Ford Ranger like a charm ; ) It has nice rims on it, but not on the spare, they really woulda been handier just to kept them around, and not been worried about moving them
Today, when I looked up his buyers page, I noticed he also buys hubcaps. I have over 50 from a cleanout, and sent him an email, but haven't heard back yet
