    Any Rough Idea what an 83 Chevy C10 weighs

    Anyone have an idea what an 83 chevy c10 weighs, no motor or trans

    Will weigh roughly round 4000 or so, 4500 maybe
    Alvord iron and salvage
    3rd generation scrapper and dam proud of it

    I got one and empty it weighs 5280 with a woodbox on back and me around 200lbs in it. and there is a motor and trans still in it. So round 5000 with motor and trans in it for a ruff figure to start with if this helps any

    c10 half ton shortbed probably around 3000 lbs minus motor and trans, 3200 if it's longbed.

    best thing to do is look on your door side panel and it will tell you what your weight is, for example.

    My C70 truck weighs in at 13,780lbs, empty weight. my GVW is 28000 thats is the max I can put on a my bed,

    or if you really want to know head over to cat scale, and just be sure you fill your tank up with gas.. and then weigh it, it will cost you 10 bucks..
