Yes indeedy, that was the plan on it, with the pipe being above the boards slightly, hoping it will not tear them up so much. I wasn't super stoked about the double pipe, but the alternative was that I feared the winch hook would get snagged on the new rail and then tear the heck out of the cable, hook and other components. They go in the bed of my truck. Don't have ramp holders on the trailer.. so 6 ft ramps and a 6.5" ft truck bed = Sweet & snuggy!
