    How To Scrap A Trailer?

Anyone have any ideas on the best approach to scrap a very rusty and probably not roadworthy trailer? This is not the house or office type trailer, it is the back end of a tractor trailer rig. I am thinking that cutting it up in place is the best option but wanted to see if there were some other ideas.

As far as my current equipment, I have a Ford F350 with a utility body and racks and an acetylene torch (which I am not very comfortable with).

Actually, I run into quite a few trailer opportunities of all types but lots of times I'm not sure of the best way to get them scrapped. I would like to bring them back to my place and strip them down but I don't know if they can be safely towed, or they are gooseneck trailers which I can't tow with the utility body and racks. Also according to the motor vehicle agency in NJ, to tow a trailer I need to title and tag it first which is too expensive.

    Thanks for your help!

Have a trailer? If so, just chop it up where it is, haul it back to your place, and sort it out there. That's what I would do.
