It seems like the converter buyers have become more refined and started purchasing via the "code" (or what appears to be the OEM part number). Does anyone have a good detailed list of the known codes/pricing? There's a bunch of eBooks online that I found, but I don't feel like dusting $99.95 just to find out the guide is awful. I just started scraping cars again, and am going to hoard the cats. I just want to learn a little more about the CAT game.

Those "ebooks" aren't what you think. It's just a vague watered down list. If I had a treasure map and knew the gold was there for sure, would I: (A) keep it quiet and go find the gold and be rich OR (B)go to Staples and make copies of the map and try to sell them for $100 each.
I would choose A.
The code game allows the "buyers" to lock in higher percentages by buying that way and leaving the customer confused and puzzled often.
Real catalytic converter buyers use all their resources to help their customers profit, not by using codes all the time.

Scrap yards in the Phoenix area won't touch catalytic converters unless you can prove you own a shop that replaces them. I can sell them to scammers who hang around where I sell scrap. One guy said he will buy all I have and takes them in to California. I won't sell to them. Just rubs me the wrong way. Without a local legal buyer what's the use in hoarding them or even collecting them.

I have all the codes and can buy by code if the customer wishes.
I don't need the money, and look at it as a fun way to diversify my portfolio. If it takes me 5-10 years to scrap enough cars to have 500 or so converters, oh well. Precious metals are like the stock market to me. I took a beating on computer boards, but made a killing on silver.
