Aluminum Hood Question

I am new to the forum so bear with me !
I am an occasional scrapper .



I have five aluminum hoods to scrap !
The magnet catches on the four steel inserts that the hinge bolts to, and also on the hood latch bracket that is welded to a steel plate in between the layers of aluminum.

Seems real tough to get out the steel threaded inserts , do you guys drill them out so the aluminum is totally prepared ??

What about the latch bracket that is welded in between the layers of aluminum ?

I do pickups from a local auto body shop. Sell as sheet aluminum. I never had to remove any of the hinge bolts or closing latch.

In this area that would be clean enough
