    All Terrain Vehicle

    ATV's...
Does your yard take these? Anyone scrapped one before? I have one that is 12 years old that basically got totaled rolling down a 500 foot canyon.. Not worth it to repair so i'm trying to decide whats the best thing to do with it.

    Thanks

Yards that take cars will take them. I would remove the batt and alum rims before I scraped it

is the engine still ok? diff? electrics? ignition, all worth major coin! I part sleds, bikes and atv's out, she is maybe worth $40 of scrap, but the parts could make you $500

    you might be surprised...

before i found out about scrapping i made a shi t ton of money parting out sleds, atvs, dirtbikes ect. youd be surprised what will sell. i bought an old arctic cat sled with a blown motor and broken suspension for $10, and sold the belt for $12 and i ended up making over $200 on it even though it was beat to hell and i only sold about 1/4th of the parts

Good ideas, Thanks guys. The rider was a 13 year old girl that hopped off before it rolled to far. She is was bruised a little but okay. I think I will try to sell for parts and scrap it as a last resort.

    Thanks again.
