Great find! The ones you posted are pretty far gone and will take some work to get out as you said - once they sink in the dirt, you're looking at several hours per car if you've got a
winch, etc.
Save all the stainless you can and mark what part of the car it came from for resale. The belt molding on that 53-54 Chevy (?) in the last pic might be worth something, also the grilles, etc. The older one looks to be 35-36 chevrolet? also but its really hard to say without looking closer. If its a tudor, that would have some resale potential if its not all caved in on itself. The blue-gray car is 48-ish Dodge or Plymouth. Not much of value on those even if they're complete running cars (but they drive nice!).
Radiators in these are full of copper, same for the heater cores.
