post up your equipment what do you use to tow with
im currently towing with a 2011 e250 yes a van with a 18 foot flat bed trailer
im looking into rebuilding my grandfathers old wrecker its a 1980 3 ton chev with jer dan tow gear and wheel lift but i plan on taking the boom off and just use it to tow the trailer . less headaches and if i leave the wheel lift on when the cars in awkward place i can drop the trailer. pull the car out ,then hook up and load car on trailer.
