I'd put it on a ten day auction and start at 9.99. If you start the listing friday around 1pm pacific(4pm eastern), you'll get two weekends and a full week for folks to find it. Use the scheduled listing approach, and get the listing completed at least two hours before its scheduled start. Be sure to use every available space in the title describing exactly what it is (i.e. board name, number, brand), anything that might be used to describe the particular item, as well as any that will fit which may be used in a search(such as old, vintage, etc). don't waste a single space in your title, or leave one empty. Words such as "LQQKY HERE NOW!! will never be used in a search ; ) Just be very direct and up front with it. I'd even note it came from a collector who wanted you to do something with them, that they were working pulls, which you can be fairly certain they were, but you have noway to test them and are listing them as is.
I'd also recommend trying to get some clearer photos if at all possible, I'd guess photos are just about 50%(if not more) of your sale
the 88 memory bank would definitely be worth listing, but you'll need to research the board a good bit to find exactly where it came from and what it went to if possible.
can't say for certain on the 94
