Welcome to the forum.
I have been toying with selling my Compaq ES40 Alphaserver. I have all drives bays loaded and it is complete. I have not been able to find anyone who can install an OS on it and right now it is just sitting here. PM me and I can get you pictures. It has been a labor of love for me, but I think it may be time for it to move along to another home, with another person who will cherish it as much as I have.
I'm so into scrapping.. When my Steel Toe Boots Wear out, I cut the Steel out of them and recycle the Toe!

There was a version of windows NT that ran on the alpha. I don't think installing it would be much different than any other version of NT. Since NT is now abandoned, it is available for download here:Originally Posted by sledge
