    Yeah. That's what I was thinking. I would have a hard time sending it in for scrap gold.

    Industrial tools and machines are something that can break down from time to time and this is absolutely normal, since they perform their function and their parts wear out. In the event of a breakdown, I recommend contacting penn tool co customer service for help in obtaining tools to repair your machine or simply for advice.
