was going through the basement at work and found some old comps. boss said take them, got 5 comp. towers and what looks to be a server tower? bout the same size as a comp. tower, but longer and a lot heavier. Now, just have to go through the forum and find all the stuff that I have to take off and seperate. Also may be getting all the old monitors (4), old printers (10+) and a dinosaur of a copy machine (things almost 4 ft. tall). Not to mention I got a working digital scale, all free.
oh my, mtman, that's fantastic. You'll have fun breaking those down. I'm jealous !!
I'm jonesing on the digital scale! I need an outside scale for my workshop!

@thortek, I was just tellin the wifey that I'd like to have digital scale as copper is going more on ebay than it is here at home.

just got a pickup load of copiers and printers from work today, one old cannon copier thats about 3 ft. tall.
Be sure to pull all the toner/ink cartridges out first before you start tearing them down or you'll end up looking like a big blue smurf from the toner powder/ink.Quote:

lol, thanks a lot, probably wouldn't have thought about that. I'm working on the server tower now, at least i think thats what it is, had 6 slots in the front for hard drives, 4 were occupied, 3 36 gb, and a 73 gb, now to tear into the back of what ever this is.
Someone over yonder tore one down in his bathroom (?) and ended up with blue powder all over.
